Asset Location & Recovery
- Debtor’s Personal Disclosure: Bailiffs will review all information provided by the debtor through the loan application process to secure address, phone, employment, and reference leads.
- Public Records: We review public records such as ownership, lien registrations, VIN statuses, and criminal and civil court records.
- Credit Reports: Bailiffs review credit reports to identify location and contact details as well as assets and financial accounts associated with the debtor.
Investigation Techniques
- Address Checks: We prioritize early morning attendances of all debtor’s possible places of residence. Followed by door knocks to quickly and effectively confirm or rule out debtors location.
- Interviews: Bailiffs will call all phone numbers associated with the debtor and debtor’s associates, family members, employers, and or neighbours to gather information on the debtor’s assets or personal whereabouts.
- Social Media and Online Searches: We research social media and online databases to find clues about the debtor’s assets, locations, and lifestyle.

- Condition Reports: When requested, or if equity is questionable, our bailiffs will provide a robust set of photos and a detailed condition report to help you decide the best course of action.
- Storage and Transportation: We work as a preferred partner with towing and transport companies across the province to ensure the best rates on towing, storage, and transport to your auction of choice

Flat Rate Billing
We charge flat rate bailiff and service fees in a clearly outlined fee schedule based on location. No interim or accrual billing. You will receive a single invoice when the file is closed. We will always request authorization for increased fees to investigate files in multiple territories.
Reporting & Communication
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional results and customer support to our clients. Our team is always available to answer your calls and emails. You can expect file updates every 72 hours and files to be located or completely exhausted within 2 weeks.
